We offer a twenty-four month warranty on the paid maintenance and/or repair services performed at our authorized service centers following the initial manufacturer's warranty period. See your manufacturer's warranty for more details.
In the event of a service claim covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion and without cost, repair or replace any spare parts and/or rectify a faulty repair as identified by our customer service team.

If your watch has any mechanical or functionality issue at any point during the warranty period, please contact our concierge with your order number and a description of the issue.
Our team will promptly address the issue, ensuring expedited service.
This warranty is rendered void if any work is carried out on the watch outside of our authorized service centers.
